- 1 living room: with a big table for comfortable dining, a new sofa and a small terrace
- 1 kitchen: a very spacious one (fridge + oven + microwave) with a laundry space (wash/dryer machine)
- 1 bomb shelter use to a storage room
- Air conditioning in each room
The icing on the cake? In one minute walk you are at Potong Pasir Mrt (North-East Line, the purple one) 4 stops to Dhoby Ghaut (City center and interchange).
We are looking for a cozy and sociable flatmate, a worldly and outdoorsy one, have to be responsible and clean, that want to live like “at home”.
The rental is around 1300S$.
