The residential site allow development type as condominium or Flats which will able to build up to 20 storeys comprising of 800 units on site.

The 99 year leasehold residential site is close to the upcoming Paya Laber Commercial hub and next to Bartley Mrt station. Developer is confident the project in the area will offer residents convenience and value.
